Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content and use

You must not, and must not allow any users you authorise to use the Platform, to use the Platform in any way, or submit, store, publish, share or use any Content, that is:

1. unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive;
2. infringing any third party’s intellectual property rights or other rights;
3. a deepfake, realistic likeness or voice clone of a real person without their clear consent, or that falsely attributes actions or statements to them;
4. sexual, obscene, pornographic or adult content involving real persons, or otherwise inappropriate adult material;
5. involving minors in any sexual, violent or exploitative context, or that could abuse or harm children;
6. promoting, glorifying or facilitating violence, terrorism or serious harm to people or animals whether real or fictional;
7. hateful, abusive or discriminatory towards any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, political opinion, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
8. encouraging or instructs harmful behaviour, including self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
9. intended to spread misinformation, propaganda or undermine democratic processes;
10. facilitating illegal activities or the use of weapons or dangerous substances;
11. violating someone’s privacy, including doxxing or sharing personal information without consent;
12. intended to harm the reputation of us, any third-party AI tool, or any person; or
13. otherwise in breach of the terms or content policies of any applicable third-party AI tools.

Restrictions and misuse

You must not, and must not allow any users you authorise to use the Platform to:

1. introduce or transmit any virus or other malicious or harmful code that may disrupt, damage or interfere with the Platform or other systems;
2. except where permitted by law or us (i) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or access the Platform’s source code or any third-party AI tools; (ii) copy, modify, duplicate or create derivative works from all or any portion of the Platform; or (iii) licence, sell, rent, lease transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose or otherwise make the Platform available to any third party without our consent;
3. use the Platform or any generated output to build or train, fine-tune or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, product or service that is competitive with, or that could reasonably be expected to compete with, the Platform or any third-party AI tool;
4. use the Platform to provide services to third parties;
5. attempt to access the Platform using automated means (such as bots or scrapers), except through our approved APIs;
6. attempt to bypass or interfere with the Platform’s security features, rate limits or access controls;
7. send any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);
8. impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
9. use the Platform in a way that places an unreasonable load on our systems.

Reporting

If you see any Content or suspect that a user is not following our acceptable use policy, you must contact us at admin@wovenstudio.ai to report this as soon as you become aware of the infringing Content.

How we enforce these rules

We may monitor, review, and remove any Content that we reasonably believe is prohibited content and disable your access to the Platform, at any time and without notice where we reasonably believe there is a violation of this acceptable use policy.
