Woven uses cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, scripts, and similar technologies. Essential technologies are used to provide functions you request, including authentication and account security, saving product and workflow choices, realtime generation progress, notifications, checkout and billing, and narrowly scoped technical-fault detection. These cannot be switched off in our privacy settings because the relevant Woven functionality cannot be provided without them.

With your permission, we use PostHog for product and interaction analytics and Datadog for browser performance monitoring and privacy-masked session replay. We also use Leadfeeder (Dealfront) on our website to understand business visitor and marketing attribution. These optional services do not load unless you enable their category or the individual service in our privacy settings.

Your choice is stored in the first-party woven_consent cookie for six months and is shared across Woven subdomains. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time using the preferences link at the top of this page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

The privacy settings panel identifies each optional provider, its purpose, the browser technology it uses, and its typical duration. Essential authentication and product storage lasts only as long as required for the relevant session, account, preference, or workflow. You can also clear browser storage using your browser controls.
